Return & Refund Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Christmas by Design within 5 business days of delivery for a refund. All returns incur a 15% restocking fee. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Consumer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Contact us and we will guide you through the process.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Items that have been opened or show any sign of usage will not be refunded.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us to request a replacement. Exchanges for different items are not permitted. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Please note that it takes 3 to 5 business days to process exchanges for default items.

f your return is the result of receiving incorrect merchandise or a defective item, inform us within 24 hours and we will pay the return shipping costs.
